We’re sorry but we cannot accept large furniture items or mattresses. We only accept items that are small and light enough for one person to easily lift and carry.

No Furniture: Couches, sofas, sleeper couches. box springs, mattresses, desks, large dressers, heavy chairs, etc cannot be accepted

We’re sorry, but we cannot accept large exercise equipment. We only accept items that are small and light enough for one person to easily lift and carry.

We are only able to offer an all day window for pickup service due to the nature of collecting donations. It is very hard to judge how long each individual pickup will take as the quantity in each donation varies a great deal. We also never know when a truck will have to go back to headquarters to unload if full during appointed rounds.

We are in need of clothing and small household items. Please go to Acceptable Donations to see a list.

Please go to Donor Services  and request that we mail one to you. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery via U.S. Mail

We are only able to offer a donation pickup service in some zip codes. Due to the cost of fuel and other collection costs, we are only in the zip codes close to local thrift stores that re-sell donations.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Please send an email to info@scheduleapickup.com and let us know what happened we will see that you are rescheduled and that the local dispatch is made aware of the deficiency.

Your generous donations of clothing and other household goods make a big difference in the lives of America's Veterans and their families. The items you donate generate the majority of the funding to support local, state, and national programs of the Vietnam Veterans of America.
